ABOUT JASON:

Jason is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has over 20 years in the real estate profession in Las Vegas as a full-time agent, including specialized sales in owner occupied, high rise condos, pre-construction, resale properties, and investment properties.

Jason also comes from a law enforcement background, working as a police officer where he has had specific training in being a public information officer, defensive and decisive motor vehicle instructor, active-shooter training, and training and working as a school resource officer, all while successfully gaining and maintaining public trust.

Jason is very business oriented and prides himself on being a creator and implementer of new ideas and strategies. Jason utilizes the latest technology to assist his multifaceted clients, whether they are looking for a primary, secondary, or investment property, single family homes, condos/townhomes, or luxury high rises. Jason is also a former business owner of several different types of businesses including a restaurant, a marketing company, and a personal service delivery company with clients such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, and many other types of finance companies.

In real estate, Jason has had the privileged experience of working with such developers as the Trump Organization, MGM, 3700 Associates, just to name only a few. Jason, along with his associates, is very well-connected and many times, is able to provide his clients with pre-sales, or opportunities well before the general public.
