About Jim Carroll

I have been involved in real estate since 2006 when I bought my first investment property. I spent 10 years learning and implementing different aspects of investing in real estate. I have experience in long-term buy-and-hold properties, wholesaling as well as rehab for resale properties. These experiences have given me a finite ability to look at homes in a much more detailed manner which I feel helps both my buyer and seller clients have a better understanding of some of the most important aspects of a home. At the end of 2016, I decided to get my real estate license and make real estate my full-time career. In March 2017, I left my career in manufacturing which I had been involved in since the age of 16. Since becoming a licensed Realtor I have helped well over 100 families buy, sell, or invest in real estate. My true passion is helping people, whether it is buying their first home or their forever home, selling their home to downsize or relocate or invest in real estate. I also enjoy the process of helping buyer clients navigate the process of purchasing new construction homes as well. My goal is to build lasting relationships with everyone I work with. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters, family, and friends. I also have a strong passion for the fire service and have been a member of the Milford Township Volunteer Fire Company since 1996 serving in several different roles over the years within the department.
