In today's litigious society, it's imperative to be diligent in handling the legal paperwork generated by a real estate transaction. My previous career as a paralegal prepared me perfectly for this. This is also why I am actively involved in advocating for private property rights. Helping to ensure 1031 Exchanges relative to Real Estate investments are intact, property taxes & mortgage interest can be itemized deductions on personal tax returns (discuss with your CPA), landlords & tenants have protected rights, and many other benefits. I've earned many professional designations and developed strong professional relationships to enhance the services I provide to clients.

Trade missions across the world continue to feed my ambition and drive to learn and grow in international real estate. The Global Business Committee at Las Vegas of REALTORS® is where I discovered real estate business and transactions are not just meant to be local, but Global! Since making this connection I’ve earned my Certified International Property Specialist designation and am helping people find their primary, second, and retirement homes or investment properties in the Caribbean, Dubai, Las Vegas, and across the world.

When I became a REALTOR® it was because I wanted to help people find their home and help them start or sustain their path to wealth, but what I found was my forever career and my voice as an advocate for homeowners and private property rights.

Spending time with my grandchildren is my favorite way to unwind and rejuvenate! I have 4 grandchildren with the 5th on its way. They live in Ohio and Minnesota, so my time spent with them is precious to me. I'm an avid and loyal Ohio sports fan through and through. A die-hard Cleveland Browns fan so much so that I’m the VP of the Browns Backer Club here in Las Vegas. The Cleveland Indians (Guardians) and CAVS are not far behind. And like all good local supporters, I follow and support our very own Golden Knights Hockey Team.
