John Harding has nineteen years of building experience and is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. His fascination with construction began when he was just old enough to handle a hammer. The scent of sawdust, the buzz of saws, and the pounding of hammers all appealed to him throughout the years.

While still a child, he studied framing and trimming and assisted in the construction of house projects under the supervision of skilled craftsmen such as his father and grandpa. Harding, a self-proclaimed perfectionist, has a keen eye for detail. For John, "just good enough" isn't good enough. From start to end, Harding and his team's work exemplifies quality and honesty.
