I am Brenda Rice, a dedicated real estate agent with a passion for helping since 2019, I've been guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying and selling properties.

As a native from the beautiful town of Fort Collins, I've had the privilege of witnessing the growth and transformation of Northern Colorado firsthand. As a mom of two boys, I understand the importance of finding a home that not only meets your needs but also creates lasting memories for your family.

During my career in real estate, I have had the opportunity to be part of the sales team for Bartran Homes, situated in the scenic Promontory Point in Greeley. As a notary loan signing agent, I bring additional expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for my clients. Oh and I am also bilingual in Spanish!

Before venturing into real estate, I served as a police officer in a Northern Colorado town for over 5 years. The decision to switch careers was driven by my commitment to be present for my family and create a more balanced lifestyle. Due to my background, I have created a First Responder Incentive Program exclusive to all active Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMS personnel.

Beyond the world of real estate, my interests include weightlifting and being outdoors with my husband and my two sons. Our favorite family activities are camping, paddle boarding, and boating!
