I LOVE researching and helping Buyers in New Home Communities! I like previewing communities, learning about each builder, incentives, programs and ways to help my buyers get the best deal/lot/timeframe/extras.

On a personal note, I'm a Phoenix Ambassador and vlogger, so I'm always testing out the new places to eat, spend, festival and be outdoors. I spend my free time in dog rescue, historic preservation, fruit trees, volunteering, sewing and embroidery, laser cutting, baking, working on my historic home (1941) and nerd/geek events. I do as much of this as I can with my co-pilots, my rescue dogs Darci and Bingley.
