About Rachel Arvelo-Herrera

Since the day I was born, I have been involved in the real estate industry. When I was a young child, I used to play in the areas where my father was building planned community homes. I entered the real estate industry when I was just 18 years old. Despite having completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, I had been working as a real estate agent nonstop since 1999. I spend my days doing everything I can to help sellers and buyers. For me, it's crucial that my clients have a remarkable experience working with me. For that, assist them in the process, spoil them, and handle them elegantly and to the highest standards. I was born in Puerto Rico, am married to a Peruvian, am the mother of two, stepmother of two, and am a resident of Coral Springs, Southeast Florida. I am currently a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Puerto Rico. I established Arvelo Real Estate, a boutique company that provided traditional real estate, new construction, and commercial properties, in Puerto Rico in 2002. The Bayamon Board of Realtors, Puerto Rico presented me with the 2009 Realtor of the Year Award. Since I relocated to Florida in 2014 to continue my real estate career, I've had the honor of working with clients from South America, India, the Caribbean, Europe, Canada, Africa, and more. I have a great belief in education and giving back. I've been a leader in the Broward Palm Beaches & Port St. Lucie Realtors Association since 2020 as well as a voluntary member of the Florida Association of Realtors' Board of Directors. I am part of the Realtors Global Business Alliance and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). I am a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) member and have earned Certifications in Real Estate Staging, At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Bachelor's in Psychology, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English.
